CrossFit is a constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity fitness programme. We use the recognised ten components of health and fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, balance, agility and accuracy. This ensures every aspect of your performance is developed equally to create a well rounded level of health and fitness ability. Our training methodology will not only improve your sporting performance but will also allow you to live your life to the fullest, for longer!

Our top class coaches will help make sure your movement mechanics/technique are correct and consistent in order to keep you safe. The exercises and intensities of which you perform in the workouts are adaptable to best suit your fitness level so that you can get the most out of your training and have fun!

Open Gym

Open Gym is an unstructured class slot providing you with the opportunity to develop your strength, skill and fitness at your own pace, catch up on workouts you may have missed and grab a buddy or couple to join you in a fun workout!
