Group Classes

Group Training

Our group classes are led by an experienced coach who will greet you on arrival and guide you through the warm-up, assess and adapt a strength or skill component to your skill level. You will round off your training session with the workout of the day (the WOD). All of our workouts are fully scalable to ensure that you get the most out of your workout!

Group training allows you to train with other like-minded individuals from all walks of life. Being amongst your peers acts as a motivator which allows you to push more than you would compared to when you are alone. It is all about putting in consistency, celebrating your wins together and most of all, having fun!
